Your queue. Your time.
Book your spot at any bank or telecom office in Uzbekistan from your phone. Skip the line. Arrive when it’s almost your turn.
In Uzbekistan today, booking a queue at a bank or telecom office means showing up in person, taking a paper ticket, and waiting — sometimes for hours. The only way to skip the wait is to know someone who works inside or near the office and call them to take a paper ticket for them.
Donista turns that private advantage into something everyone can use.
How it works
Four steps. That’s the whole product.
01
Pick a branch
Choose from banks and telecom offices near you, right from your phone.
02
Pick a date
See live availability with color-coded dates — green for short waits, yellow for medium, red for long.
03
Track your queue
Watch your position update in real time and get notified as your turn approaches.
04
Scan and go
Show the QR code at the office and your deposit comes right back.
What makes it fair
Trust isn’t a feature. It’s the foundation.
Your deposit comes back when you show up.
We hold 5,000 sums when you book, and refund it the moment you scan in at the office.
No ads, ever.
Donista is not an advertising product. Your attention is not the product.
No paid priority.
Money cannot buy you a better spot in line. Your booking time determines your position. Nothing else does.
Your data isn’t sold.
Partner offices see your booking. Nobody else does. We do not sell user data to anyone, for any purpose.
About the deposit
Why we hold a small amount when you book — and how you get it back.
When you book a queue, Donista holds 5,000 sums from your balance. This isn’t a fee — it’s a deposit. The moment you scan the QR code at the office, your deposit returns to your balance in full.
Need to cancel? If you cancel at least an hour before your slot, most of it comes back. The deposit exists so partner offices can trust that the people in their queue will actually show up — which means shorter waits for everyone.

Fewer no-shows·Real-time analytics·QMS integration, not replacement
For partner banks and telecoms
Donista plugs into your existing queue management system. Your customers get a way to book remotely and arrive on time. You get fewer no-shows, real-time analytics, and happier branches — without replacing the software your team already uses. We integrate with your QMS, not against it.
Get in touchFrequently asked questions
Honest answers. We’ll update these as more becomes confirmed.
When does Donista launch?
Donista is pre-launch. We’re building the app, signing our first partner, and aiming to go live at 3–5 branches as our pilot. Join the waitlist above to be told when we open to the public.
Which banks and telecoms will be supported?
We’re in active conversations with partners and will announce our anchor partner publicly once contracts are signed. At launch, the app will show only the offices of partners we’ve integrated with — we’d rather support a few offices well than list places we can’t actually deliver.
What if I can’t scan the QR code at the office?
Every office has a 6-digit override code that the office manager can read to you. You enter it in the app’s ‘Can’t scan?’ flow and your deposit returns the same way it would with a scan.
Can I withdraw money from my Donista balance?
No. Your balance is store credit, not a wallet. You can use it to book queues, but you cannot withdraw it as cash. We make this clear at top-up time so there are no surprises.
What happens if I’m late or don’t show up?
If you scan in any time on the day of your booking, your deposit returns in full — even if you’re running late. If you don’t show up at all, or scan after the booked day has passed, the deposit is forfeit. Cancelling at least an hour ahead returns most of it.
What if my turn doesn’t come before the office closes?
If the office closes for the day before your turn arrives, your deposit is fully refunded to your balance even if you do not visit the office. You don’t lose anything when circumstances outside your control prevent you from being served.
Is Donista regulated?
We’re a registered Uzbek company and we follow Uzbek personal data protection law. The balance feature is designed as store credit, not as electronic money, so it sits outside electronic money regulation. We’re working with Uzbek regulatory counsel on the details.
Is my personal data safe?
We collect the minimum we need — your phone number, your bookings, and the office you’re visiting. Partner offices see only the bookings made at their location. We do not sell user data to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How is this different from just calling the bank to make an appointment?
Most bank and telecom offices in Uzbekistan don’t take appointments by phone — you take a paper ticket and wait. Where appointments do exist, Donista gives you live queue tracking, real-time wait estimates, and notifications as your turn approaches. You don’t sit in the office. You arrive when it’s almost your turn.
